EUROPEAN UNION 19,95 € for each pair returned (Return costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable). You can request a return, within 15 days from the date delivered. You can start your return process here: RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL. 
OTHER COUNTRIES You are responsible for sending your shoes back to us. (Shipping costs, custom charges and local taxes are non-refundable).

We have to receive the shoes no later than 30 days from the date deliveredThe return must be shipped with DDP (Deliveries Duty Paid). ANY RETURN WITHOUT DUTIES PAID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

We are pleased to accept all new and unworn merchandise with its original packaging and dust bag. Returning merchandise that is worn, damaged, altered or missing its original packaging will not be refunded and may be returned to you. 

 

Aceptamos devoluciones de zapatos que estén nuevos y no hayan sido usados, con su caja, bolsa de tela y envoltorio originales. Si se devuelve mercancía que está dañada, usada, sin su envoltorio original, etc., la devolución o cambio no se podrá realizar, y se devolverá el paquete a su destinatario.
